A Peach + Basil Heirloom Tomato Salad features sweet East Texas Peaches, paired with our favorite ripe farm tomatoes, & fresh herbs. For our picnic sandwiches, the award-winning Lady Edison’s ham perfectly paired with peaches and creamy burrata — a country take on classic prosciutto from the Appalachian Mountains, dry-aged & long-cured. All on fluffy rosemary sea salt focaccia bread, baked specially for the box the morning of.
