Anna Kern has managed the Nancy A. Nasher and David J. Haemisegger art collection at NorthPark Center in Dallas, Texas since 2016. Leading up to this role, Kern managed a selection of Dallas’ most prominent private art collections. Kern received her M.A. in Art History and Art Management, specializing in contemporary and public art. 

Kern personally pursues the topics of land art, sustainability, hand-grown food, homemade meals, and kindness.

Michael Hitchcock

Michael Hitchcock has worked alongside some of the top conservators, curators, registrars, and artists within the art industry for over fourteen years. He served as Exhibition Preparator at both Blue Star Contemporary Arts and the McNay Art Museum in San Antonio. From 2013 through 2017, he assisted with the Digitization of the Dallas Museum of Art Collection. Most recently, Michael served as the Head Preparator for Artemis Fine Art Services where he oversaw all installations for the major art collectors and benefactors in Dallas.

Stemming from a long lineage of farmers, Hitchcock has educated himself on the top principles of market gardening, permaculture, and regenerative agriculture.

Elliot Kern

Elliot Kern currently contracts with a major television series as the finishing dresser — the final deliberation of set and landscape design before camera and cast roll to set. Over the last decade, he has worked nearly every trade in both photography and film industries. He has developed a keen ability to combine cultural and historical research best practices with market analysis, construction fundamentals and fine craftsmanship to deliver high quality visual products. 

During the off season, Elliot tends to the pursuit of knowledge in the domains of systems ecology, geological sciences, botany, history, philosophy, and international politics. He is an avid collector of recycled organics to fuel future food commodities.
