We feature juicy heirloom tomatoes and fresh basil for a farm take on a fresh bruschetta — complete with our very favorite rosemary ciabatta bread from Paris Bakery, baked the day of delivery...along with a very special organic olive oil from the olive groves of Frantoi Grove in San Martin, California. It’s one of the top true regenerative organic certified olive farms left out there & we are so grateful to be able to partner with them this week.
We’ve also included some classic East Texas peak produce: crispy cucumbers, Sweet East Texas plumbs, & zipper cream peas, known for their velvety texture and delicate flavor.. like a cross between an English pea and a cowpea.
